Prepares the advanced placement nursing assistant student for the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) examination. Introduction to myofascial release techniques and application. Myofascial Release (MFR) is a therapeutic modality that allows restricted fascia to release from a tightened state.
