    • Class Notes: Cardio Sculpting - Variety is the key to sticking with an exercise program. This class has it! The class includes interval-training, circuit training using hand weights, tubes, medicine balls, stability balls and step training. You will have fun doing cardio drills, kickboxing, and step aerobics.

      This class meets with the instructor via the internet at the regularly scheduled dates and times set in the schedule. Students will be required to use online virtual meeting software (Google Hangouts or WebEx, both of which require a camera). This "live online" experience approximates the regular in-person class experience. Attendance at online sessions will be expected according to the instructor's attendance policy, which will be stated in the syllabus.
