EEP412: Assessment of Dual Language Learners - Birth to Age Eight – 3 credits

Teaching and assessment of dual language learners ages birth to eight. Covers differentiated instruction, special education needs vs. language needs, learning environments and utilizing ongoing assessment of student learning to guide instruction. Prerequisites: A grade of C or better in EEP311 or permission of Instructor and (formal admission to an undergraduate educator preparation program or declaration of the BA in Early Childhood Education - Dual Language program or permission of Department or Division).
