Paralegal rules of professional responsibility and ethical requirements. Includes regulation of the profession as well as unauthorized practice of law and confidentiality. Also covers conflict of interest, competence, and negligence. Prerequisites: A grade of C or better in (ENG101 or ENG107) and (BPC110 or CIS105) and (CRE101 or equivalent as indicated by assessment) and PAR102, or permission of Program Director.
