Overview of the opportunities and challenges involved in the management process. Exploration of the functions of management, business ethics and social responsibility, entrepreneurial mindsets, operations management, decision making, and human resources. Emphasis placed on managing for excellence in both performance and employee satisfaction. Prerequisites: A grade of C or better in (ACC212, GBS205, GBS221, and GBS233), or permission of Instructor.
