Overview and practical application of teaching social studies and arts for dual language learners in early childhood settings. Covers teaching strategies, learning environments, and teaching resources. Emphasis on overview of relevant guidelines and standards for children birth through third grade (pre-K-3). Prerequisites: A grade of C or better in EED200 or permission of Instructor and (formal admission to an undergraduate educator preparation program or declaration of the BA in Early Childhood Education - Dual Language program or permission of Department or Division).
