VET201: Animal Care Skills III
– 2 credits
Practical application of animal care skills and principles of animal care and management using techniques and knowledge learned in the veterinary technology classes. Students expand their animal care knowledge, skills and abilities to include skills needed to be successful in clinical internships. Note: VET201 may be repeated for a total of four (4) credit hours. Prerequisites: Acceptance into the Veterinary Technology program. Corequisites: VET200 or VET210.
