Use of evidence-based research findings for improving clinical practice and person-centered care outcomes. Exploration of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Emphasis on the critical review of research studies and their applications to clinical practice. Prerequisites: Admission into the RN to BSN program; current, unencumbered RN license.
