Fundamentals of the design process: engineering modeling, communication and problem-solving skills in a team environment. Emphasis on process-based improvements to the design process. Introduction to engineering as a profession. Note: Student may receive credit for only one of the following: ECE103 or ECE103EP. The class uses software that requires Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
A computer with Windows 10, 64-bit or Windows 7 SP1, 64-bit with a processor of 3.3 GHz or higher, a RAM of 16 GB or more, PDM Contributor or Viewer: 8 GB or more or ECC RAM recommended.
