Introduces students to all aspects of the construction industry such as how projects are delivered, reviewing the procurement process and how they are estimated, scheduled, and contracted. Introduces students to the individual roles that constructors fill in the delivery of a construction project. Prerequisites: None.

Notes
- Notes: Live Online classes have sessions that meet online on specific days and times. Attendance in these sessions will be at the discretion of the instructor, and additional work will be required on the student’s own time. Access to a computer or mobile device with Internet connection is required.

Student should have their course textbooks the first week of class and prepare to complete assignments. Students may be required to take the final exam on campus the last week of the semester as determined by the Faculty.
