Theory and practice of interpersonal communication skills which affect day-to-day social interactions with other persons. May include using verbal and nonverbal symbols, active listening, resolving interpersonal conflict, understanding cultural perspectives, and developing and maintaining personal and professional relationships. Prerequisites: None.
