Procedures for paraffin embedding station, cryostat and rotary microtome set-up and maintenance, and sharps safety practices for the microtome. Includes techniques for microtomy, specialized microtomy, frozen section, and cytology specimen preparation. Prerequisites: A grade of C or better in HST181.
