    WordPress: Students will learn how to access this required software during the course lessons. This software is "open-source," which means there is no cost to students. Students should NOT download the software on their own until instructed to do so in class.
    FTP Client Software (Cyberduck recommended, available for both PC and Mac, supported by Rio)
    Modern Web Browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox)
    Microsoft Word (you will be composing original textual content and will need a word-processing program to do so)
    Text Editor (Notepad, VS Code, etc.)
    Hardware Required for the Course: Microphone or headset to record audio.
    Additional Materials: All students must have a domain and web hosting account. Instructions on obtaining these will be provided during the course lessons. Do NOT set up your account until instructed to do so in the lessons.
