Prerequisites: A grade of C or better in BHS150, or BHS155, or BHS160, or permission of Department or Division.

    Fingerprint Clearance Card needed by first day of class.
    The State of Arizona requires an IVP fingerprint clearance card, per Arizona Revised Statutes, for all students completing field experience. Students must have an IVP clearance card on the first day of class. Fingerprint clearance cards may be obtained through the Arizona Department of Public Safety and they are valid for 6 years.
