Basic photographic principles and techniques. Basic camera functions and controls. Experience in the image-making process by creating and editing photographs for various display environments. Introduction to the photographic aesthetic and photography's role in society. Prerequisites: None. Note: Camera required.

Your computer will also need to meet Adobe's system requirements. This software is not required for this class because a campus digital media lab is available for student use outside class hours. Purchasing information will be available in Canvas when the course starts or by contacting the instructor and is expected to cost $9.99 per month.
