Increase personal fitness, strength, and vitality. Current principles of cardiovascular exercise, weight training, flexibility, and balance exercises applicable to lifetime fitness goals. Personalized fitness plans developed and implemented with support of highly trained fitness professionals. Techniques to make sessions more effective and enjoyable. Prerequisites: None. 16059 To begin, open the course in your Canvas dashboard and read the syllabus. This class requires workouts in person at MCC Fitness Centers and a portion of the course allows you to workout outside of MCC Fitness Centers.
Students will complete academic requirements in Canvas. Students may contact the instructor prior to the start of class at: kelley.lafer@mesacc.edu. Once class begins, contact the instructor via Canvas email only.
