Fingerprint Clearance Card needed by first day of class.
The State of Arizona requires an IVP fingerprint clearance card, per Arizona Revised Statutes, for all students completing field experience. Students must have an IVP clearance card on the first day of class. Fingerprint clearance cards may be obtained through the Arizona Department of Public Safety and they are valid for 6 years.

- Additional Notes: Students who pass the final exam with 80% or more will be eligible for certification in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention with the Crisis Prevention Institute. Certification requires 8 hours of In Person Training.
