Integration and further development of legal research and writing skills with an emphasis on critical thinking, issue analysis, and motion practice. Focus on integrating research, writing, and legal argument development. Prerequisites: A grade of C or better in LAS131 and LAS211 and (BPC110 or CIS105 or permission of Program Director).

      Class Meets for Thirteen (13) Weeks
      Assignment due first class. This class meets in-person on the campus AND live online via Webex at the same time every week. The instructor will be in-person, in the classroom, every week. The entire classroom, including the instructor, will be simultaneously online via Webex every week. Each week, students can choose whether to attend in-person or via Webex.
