Basic dental knowledge for the non-dental person seeking to be employed in a dental office or enroll in the Community Dental Health Coordinator (CDHC) program. This course will include a brief introduction of dentistry, infection control, basic scheduling process, HIPAA, dental disease process and prevention, tooth morphology and numbering systems, oral pathology and an overview of dental procedures and specialties.
