    The textbook for this course is the OpenStax College Physics textbook. This is an open educational resource which means students do not need to pay for the textbook. However, students are responsible for purchasing the lab kit for this course. Some lab materials must also be supplied by the student.
    Open Educational Resources (OER) are learning, teaching, and research materials in any format and medium that reside in the public domain or have an open license copyright that permits no-cost access, re-use, re-purpose, retention, redistribution, and adaptation by others.
    A lab kit is required and can be purchased in the Rio Salado bookstore.
    A camera or phone is required to take photos of lab set-ups.
