Includes critical interpersonal communication strategies and tools for working with diverse groups of people in addition to the benefits of collaboration as well as the challenges that educators currently face. Prerequisites: Baccalaureate Degree and formal admission to a state approved post-baccalaureate teacher preparation program or permission of Department or Division.
