MAT114: College Algebra Prep – 4 credits

Proper use of function notation, average rate of change of functions, and evaluating arithmetic and algebraic expressions. Analysis of linear and quadratic equations, and their applications; graphs of linear and quadratic functions; operations on polynomial expressions. Prerequisites: None. Note: MAT114 students may receive credit for only one of the following: MAT114, OR MAT115.
