      “Hybrid" classes incorporate multiple methods of instruction including in person and online
      learning. Attendance in scheduled class sessions are mandatory. Students are required to have
      access to a computer or mobile device, internet access, a webcam, speaker, and microphone;
      unless otherwise specified. CANVAS is used as the learning management system.

      Hybrid Format blends face-to-face (in person) instruction in a classroom with online instruction/activities resulting in fewer in-person class meetings. This format is designed for highly motivated, self-disciplined, technology-literate students and requires reliable Web and e-mail access for communication and assignments outside of the classroom.
