OTA284: Occupational Therapy Assistant Professional Transition – 2 credits

Integration of clinical experiences during level 2 fieldwork with theoretical models and didactic learning. Preparation for licensure and National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) examination. Focus on self- assessment, study skills, comprehensive content review, and fieldwork review. Note: Students should have completed all other OTA coursework within the last 18 months. Prerequisites: Admission to the Occupational Therapy Assistant program and a grade of C or better in (OTA207, OTA217, and OTA234).
