Includes patient preparation and safety, choosing appropriate protocols, interventional procedures, contrast indicators, post-exam processing quality issues, and adapting to atypical scanning situations. Prerequisites: [(Certified by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography or in Radiation Therapy), or (certified by ARRT or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) in Nuclear Medicine), or (Radiography or Nuclear Medicine student currently enrolled at GateWay), or registry eligible graduate] and ( DMI/ICE223 or NUC250), and ICE248, and ICE263 with a grade of "C" or higher, or permission of Instructor.
