      Class meets face-to-face on campus at the designated days and times.
      Learn and experience the use of essential oils for stress reduction, relaxation, deeper breathing, mental clarity, increased sports endurance, energy, muscle loosening, and much more. Topics also include ancient use of aromatics, extraction methods, safety and handling of essential oils, purity and selection of raw materials, numerous ways to use essential oils at home and work, their holistic benefits, making skin and body care products, and more. Hands-on class. Essential oil supply kit: $37 included in course fees. Bring a bath towel.
