In-depth examination of the process of critical incident management for supervisors, encompassing a variety of events that impact public safety organizations. Focus on the four phases of emergency management in relation to critical incident management. Prerequisites: A grade of C or better in (AJS/FSC147 and AJS/FSC148), or permission of Program Director or Department/Division Chair.
