    • Class Notes: Yoga for Stress Relief and Better Sleep
      Welcome to the softer side of yoga. Featuring soothing music and dim lights, this class will focus on gentle stretching and longer posture holds to increase flexibility while calming the mind. Students will explore a variety of breathing exercises and meditation techniques, including Yoga Nidra, to achieve profound relaxation, set positive intentions, and learn how to prepare the body for a restful night's sleep.
