Overview of health policy, legislative and regulatory guidelines, the Nurse Practice Act, and legal and ethical concepts that influence the practice of professional nursing. Focus on ethical decision-making models. Prerequisites: Admission into the RN to BSN program; current, unencumbered RN license.
