Examines legal aspects of hotel, restaurant and tourism management. Uses case study approach to develop understanding of the laws and regulations governing guest relationships, contracts, employee relations, civil rights, alcoholic beverages, safety and product liability. Prerequisites: A grade of C or better in HRM110.
