Introduction to the field of sustainability and exploration of the interaction between human and natural global systems. Framework for analyzing and investigating the global challenges such as land use change, competition for water and other natural resources, and renewable energy concerns and crises.       All of your assignments and work will be internet based without set meeting days or times to attend. Students and faculty interact with Canvas via email, video, and threaded discussions. A lot of your work will be self-paced, but there are establish deadlines and expectations.
      Students are required to download and use Respondus LockDown Browser + Monitor which requires a webcam and microphone. Chromebooks do not support this software.
