ENH221: Survey of English Literature Before 1800 – 3 credits

Emphasizes the social and political backgrounds as well as the form and content of English literature from Anglo-Saxon times to the end of the eighteenth century. Prerequisites: A grade of C or better in ENG101 or ENG107. ENH110 or ENG200 or ENG206 suggested but not required.
