Overview of theory and application of strategic management principles. Exploration of an organizationÆs position, capabilities, and resources used to gain a competitive advantage. Emphasis on the alignment of goals, strategies, and action plans with organizational objectives. Prerequisites: A grade of C or better in (BUS305, MNG300, MNG305, and MNG310), or permission of Instructor.
