PED101YG: Gentle Yoga – 1 credit

An introduction to yoga postures, breathwork, philosophy, and relaxation designed to support flexibility, strength, overall health and manage stress. A slower paced class that takes you through a series of gentle movements connecting your breath to your body, improving relaxation, flexibility and recovery. Prerequisites: None. Note: PED101YG may be repeated for credit.
