    • Class Notes: An exercise program that aims at developing a stable core for all types of movement to occur more efficiently. Pilates teaches you about breathing with movement, body mechanics, balance, coordination positioning of the body, spatial awareness, strength, and flexibility. Pilates is an all empaling mind, body and spirit exercises. While this class is fully in person, students do have the option of live streaming. Your instructor will provide further information.
