Precalculus (MAT187) 5 Credits

A precalculus course combining topics from college algebra and trigonometry. Preparation for analytic geometry and calculus. Note: Strongly recommended that students have some knowledge of trigonometry. The combination of MAT15+ and MAT182 is equivalent to taking MAT187. Therefore, students should either take MAT15+ AND MAT182 OR just MAT187. Students may receive credit for only one of the following: The combination of MAT15+ and MAT182 OR just MAT187. Prerequisites: A grade of B or better in MAT12+, OR an appropriate district placement.
