Examine the many roles and responsibilities required of a chief officer. Manage emergency incidents, explore personal and professional growth, view department issues more globally, manage personnel more effectively, manage conflict resolution for positive outcomes, and define leadership. Prerequisites: None. FSC202 and FSC204 are suggested but not required.
