Discussion of Occupational Therapy Practice Framework (OTPF), analysis of occupational performance and analysis of activities. Role of occupational therapy assistant (OTA) from referral to discharge. OTA interventions, documentation requirements, and terminology. Emphasis placed on therapeutic use of self and development of clinical reasoning skills. Prerequisites: Admission to the Occupational Therapy Assistant program and a grade of C or better in OTA100.
