ICE272: Magnetic Resonance Pathology – 3 credits

Common pathologies found in magnetic resonance imaging, their appearance with various imaging protocols including all commonly imaged body systems and areas. Case studies and images of the pathologies to reinforce the lectures. Prerequisites: [(Certified by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography or in Radiation Therapy), or (certified by ARRT or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) in Nuclear Medicine), or Certified by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or (Radiography or Nuclear Medicine student), or registry eligible graduate] and ICE233 and ICE229 with a grade of "C" or higher, or permission of Instructor.
