Comprehensive review of case studies involving litigation and enforcement of health care law including review of landmark and contemporary cases brought by the United States Office of the Inspector General (Fraud and Abuse); the Office of Civil Rights; the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Privacy and Security Laws. Application of knowledge and skills from earlier coursework to real-world situations.
