Emphasis placed on OS installation, maintenance, mobile devices, security, software troubleshooting, and on proper usage of tools, safety procedures, and professionalism. Helps prepare students for the CompTIA A+ examinations. Prerequisites: A grade of C or better in CIS105 or permission of Instructor.
