      This is the first exercise class that uses the Guang Ping Yang Tai Chi style to improve balance and stability, stretch and strengthen muscles, and improve flexibility. Also, Qigong deep breathing exercises will be used to cleanse and reenergize the body. The overall goal is to provide students with a relaxation exercise that will reduce tension and stress, while promoting good health and body balance.
