Advanced Video Production (VPT204) 3 Credits

Video signal manipulation, time base corrector set-up, waveform monitor and vector scope usage. Proper editing techniques using an A/B Roll linear and Non-Linear editor. Video field recording package set-up and usage, advanced continuity shooting, lighting. Techniques for replacing and sweetening audio on a video production. History, theory and design of a television commercial and marketing tape creation. Prerequisites: A grade of C or better in TCM/VPT108.
