Fitness For Firefighters/CPAT (FSC130) 1 Credit

Skills and abilities required for entry level position in the fire service including physical ability, and stamina. Opportunity to take the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) Candidate Physical Ability Test (CPAT) at the end of the course. Prerequisites: None. Concepts, techniques, and skills needed to support technical rope rescue. Meets Arizona Fire Marshal Office requirements for RR1, RR2, RR3 and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1670 Operational Rope Rescue. Prerequisites: FSC131 or permission of Instructor.
