Designed to meet requirements for EMT-Intermediate and EMT- Paramedic under guidelines of the U.S. Department of Transportation (U.S. DOT), National Registry of EMTs (NREMT) as recognized by the Arizona Department of Health Services (A- DHS) Bureau of Emergency Services (B-EMS). Provides updated knowledge and skills related to hypoperfusion states, respiratory arrest or insufficiency, seizure states, cardiovascular emergencies, unconscious of undetermined etiology, head injury with altered levels of consciousness, and chest trauma.
