Students will spent 5 days and 4 nights living aboard a 55-foot Skipperliner houseboat on Lake Powell. Students will be True GRIT volunteers (with the National Park Service) working to remove graffiti and enjoying the spectacular scenery of Lake Powell. Students who successfully complete the course become Leave No Trace Trainers and receive a completion certificate through the LNT Center. Mandatory one-time orientation meets Mon., 5/8, 7-8 pm in PE-137. Date of the trip is Fri., 5/12 to Tues., 5/16. Course Instructor(s) are certified LNT Master Educators.
